About venued.app
venued.app is a digital seating chart for weddings, parties, and corporate events. Hosts import a guest list, assign tables, and share a single QR code. Guests scan it at the entrance, search their name, and see their table on their own phone.
We built it to replace the crowded easel at the reception door: the printed board that twenty guests squint at while the line backs up, and that has to be reprinted every time someone RSVPs late. Around the seating chart, venued.app adds the things guests reach for next: a venue seat map, a welcome video from the hosts, a shared photo and video gallery, and links to the event's suppliers.

Guests should never need an app
A guest at a wedding has one job: find their table. venued.app works in the phone camera and browser they already have. Scan, type a name, done.
Seating changes until the last minute
Final guest lists are rarely final. Every venued.app event has one permanent QR code, so you can move guests between tables on the morning of the event without reprinting anything.
Your guest list already exists
Most hosts keep their list in Google Sheets or Excel. venued.app imports it directly, so nobody re-types a hundred names.
Free should be genuinely usable
The Free plan runs a complete digital seating chart for up to 100 guests. Paid plans are for bigger lists, seat maps, welcome videos, and guest photo galleries.
