Payment Policy

No Refunds

All payments made through Venued.app are final and non-refundable, regardless of usage, account activity, or the outcome of your event. Once a plan is purchased, we do not offer refunds, partial credits, or plan reversals.

Irresponsible or Mistaken Purchases

We are not responsible for accidental purchases, incorrect selections, or user errors. It is the user's responsibility to carefully review all plan details, durations, and features before completing payment.

Payment Processing

All payments are securely processed through Lemon Squeezy. By purchasing through our platform, you also agree to Lemon Squeezy's applicable terms of service, refund policy, tax handling, and payment dispute procedures.

Plan Types and Billing Structure

We offer the following plan types:

• Free Plan – Limited features.
• Professional Plan – Monthly auto-renewing subscription.
• Organizer Plan – Monthly auto-renewing subscription.

Billing continues until manually canceled. You can view and manage your plan in your account dashboard at any time.

Plan Behavior & Transitions

• Upgrading to a higher plan immediately unlocks new features and replaces your current plan.
• Downgrading to a lower plan after being on a higher plan will limit access to premium features. However, your data remains saved and will become accessible again upon re-upgrade.
• When a paid plan is canceled, your account will revert to the Free Plan, which includes limited access and guest capacity.
• Switching between paid plans may reset billing cycles, depending on platform implementation. No credits or refunds will be issued for unused time in a previous plan.

Inactivity or Non-Usage

It is your responsibility to make full use of the platform during your plan's active duration. We do not provide refunds or extensions for periods of inactivity or non-use.

System Downtime & Liability

While we strive for consistent uptime, Venued.app does not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for:

• Temporary downtime due to maintenance or outages
• Access issues caused by your own internet or device problems
• Any disruptions or damages related to system unavailability

Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. Venued.app is not liable for:

• Unauthorized access to your account
• Loss of data from account sharing
• External phishing, scamming, or hacking incidents

Taxes and Currency

Prices may or may not include taxes, depending on your region. Lemon Squeezy will handle any applicable VAT, local taxes, or fees during checkout.

Changes to Pricing or Plans

We reserve the right to update pricing, plan features, or structures at any time. You will be notified of any significant changes before they take effect. Existing subscriptions will retain their current pricing for the remainder of the active billing cycle.

Disputes

All payment disputes must be handled through Lemon Squeezy's support process. Venued.app will not intervene in chargebacks unless required.
