Who Can Use the Service

To use Venued.app SeatSmart, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate, complete account information
• Use the Service only for lawful, event-related purposes

Your Responsibilities

By using the Service, you agree not to:

• Use the platform for illegal, harmful, deceptive, or indecent purposes.
• Upload images or content that is irrelevant, offensive, violent, explicit, illegal, or violates intellectual property rights.
• Repurpose, resell, or commercially exploit the Service without written permission from Venued.app.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' content, data, or the system itself
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate others

Data Privacy & Consent

Venued.app does not collect personal data from your event guests. As a host, you may upload guest names to the platform for seat assignment purposes. You are fully responsible for:

• Ensuring that you have obtained proper consent from your guests to store and display their names
• Complying with any data protection or privacy regulations applicable in your region (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)

Venued.app is not responsible or liable for any legal obligations related to guest data privacy. It is the sole responsibility of the host (you) to ensure compliance with all privacy regulations and to inform guests accordingly.

Guest Access

Guests do not create accounts or input any personal data. They access the platform solely by scanning a QR code or visiting a shared link to view their seating assignment.

Service Availability & Limitations

We aim to provide uninterrupted service, but:

• We do not guarantee continuous or error-free operation
• We reserve the right to update, modify, or suspend the Service at any time

Venued.app is not liable for any:

• Event disruptions or failures related to use of the platform
• Data loss, service outages, or security breaches
• Damages arising from incorrect usage, technical errors, or downtime
• Losses (financial, reputational, or otherwise) resulting from use or reliance on the platform

Account Termination

We may suspend or delete accounts that:

• Violate these terms
• Upload inappropriate content
• Abuse the Service or put other users or the system at risk

Intellectual Property

Venued.app SeatSmart and all related assets (branding, interface, technology) are the exclusive property of Venued.app. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without prior written consent.

Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. We'll notify you of significant changes. Continued use of the Service after updates means you agree to the new terms.
